Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree approving the Regulations on the Presidential Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy and its structure. The Council is chaired by Federation Council Chairman Valentina Matvienko and includes Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Delo Group, as a member.
