Login Delo, the Government of the Vladimir Region, and TPH Rusklimat Sign Agreement to Support Large Families and Participants in Special Operations
Login Delo, the Government of the Vladimir Region, and TPH Rusklimat (IPG Klima LLC) have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document was signed by Login Delo CEO Alexander Muzychenko, Vladimir Region Governor Alexander Avdeev, and Chairman of the Board of the Rusklimat Trading and Production Holding, Mikhail Timoshenko.
The purpose of the agreement is to support the development of residential and social infrastructure for large families and families of special military operation (SMO) participants. It also aims to promote traditional family values and contribute to improving the demographic situation in Russia.
Currently, the first phase of residential construction is being planned for 2025–2026 in the city of Kirzhach, Vladimir Region. The new settlement will be equipped with infrastructure tailored to the needs of large families and SMO participants. Program participants will receive employment support from companies based in the Rusklimat IKSEl technology park and will be eligible for partial compensation of interest rates on home purchase loans.
“Delo Group systematically and consistently invests in supporting fertility, motherhood, and childhood. We initiated corporate family capital payments upon the birth of a child, launched our own demographic program, and now, through Login Delo, we are taking part in a project aimed at solving the key issue of housing affordability for large families,” said Sergey Shishkarev, Founder of Login Delo and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Delo Group.
“The implementation of this project contributes to the goals set by the President and the Government of the Russian Federation under the national projects ‘Family’ and ‘Personnel.’ Of course, one of its purposes is to attract employees to our companies. At the same time, it helps address demographic challenges and improves the quality of life for families with children. I am convinced that we need more examples of such socially responsible entrepreneurship in our region. We encourage and support this approach within the framework of the regional law on responsible business conduct,” said Alexander Avdeev, Governor of the Vladimir Region.
“Our main goal is to build a systemic approach to family support. Through such projects, we contribute to Russia's demographic stability. This initiative offers people the chance not only to find a new home but, most importantly, to gain confidence in their future,” said Mikhail Timoshenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rusklimat.
The project, aimed at providing housing and jobs for large families and families of military veterans, is being implemented in partnership with the Rusklimat holding. It is currently in an advanced stage of development. Rusklimat already operates a production facility and has a residential project in the Vladimir Region. The houses are expected to be located in the Kirzhachsky Plyos cottage village, adjacent to the Rusklimat IKSEl technology park. Within walking distance are seven kindergartens, three schools, stores of major federal retail chains, and several sports facilities. Plans for the village include children’s and sports playgrounds, improvement of the river embankment, and the creation of a recreational beach on the Kirzhach River.
