Delo Group and VIMC Sign Memorandum to Develop Maritime Transport Between Russia and Vietnam
Delo Group and the Vietnam Maritime Corporation (VIMC) signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the Vietnam-Russia Business Forum, aimed at developing maritime transport and logistics services between Russia and Vietnam. The document was signed by Andrey Sokolov, Deputy General Director of Delo Management Company LLC (the Group’s parent company), and Le Quang Trang, Vice President of VIMC.

Global Ports Far East Terminal Expands Service Offerings to China and South Korea
In February, Global Ports Far East Terminal (part of the Delo Group) welcomed the inaugural call of a new regular container service connecting Vostochny Port (Vrangel Bay, Primorsky Krai) with Shanghai (China) and Busan (South Korea). The service is operated by shipping line UNITY LINE.

Sergey Shishkarev Proposes Establishing a Regional Grain Hub in Oman
Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group, joined a delegation led by Nikolay Patrushev, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Maritime Collegium, on a working visit to the Sultanate of Oman. The visit included interagency consultations attended by Oman’s Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Said Al-Maawali.

Delo Group Terminals in Novorossiysk Retain Leadership in Grain and Container Throughput in 2025
The NUTEP container terminal and the KSK grain terminal — both part of Deloports, which manages Delo Group’s port assets in Novorossiysk — maintained their leading positions in container and grain transshipment at the end of 2025. NUTEP retained leadership in container volumes within the Azov-Black Sea basin, while KSK remained the country’s leading terminal for grain transshipment.
