Sergey Shishkarev Formally Notifies Rosatom of Intent to Acquire Its Stake in Delo Group

Sergey Shishkarev, founder and Chairman of Delo Group, has formally notified Rosatom, a shareholder in the Group, of his intention to acquire the state corporation’s 49% stake.

Following established procedure, the relevant documents were submitted to Rosatom on March 2. Shishkarev currently holds 51% of the company and in early February filed an application with the Federal Antimonopoly Service seeking approval to acquire the remaining 49%.

Sergey Shishkarev has expressed confidence in the potential of the company he founded and intends to drive its development forward with the goal of building a national logistics integrator and strengthening its position in both domestic and international markets. A pool of investors has signalled interest in financing the transaction.
