Sergey Shishkarev, founder and Chairman of Delo Group, has formally notified Rosatom, a shareholder in the Group, of his intention to acquire the state corporation’s 49% stake.

In February, Global Ports Far East Terminal (part of the Delo Group) welcomed the inaugural call of a new regular container service connecting Vostochny Port (Vrangel Bay, Primorsky Krai) with Shanghai (China) and Busan (South Korea). The service is operated by shipping line UNITY LINE.

The first family of a Delo Group employee has received a seven-seat vehicle under the company’s corporate demographic program — an initiative that, starting January 1, 2026, will be available to employees with four or more children.

The visit included interagency consultations attended by Oman’s Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Said Al-Maawali.

The NUTEP container terminal and the KSK grain terminal — both part of Deloports, which manages Delo Group’s port assets in Novorossiysk — maintained their leading positions in container and grain transshipment at the end of 2025. NUTEP retained leadership in container volumes within the Azov-Black Sea basin, while KSK remained the country’s leading terminal for grain transshipment.

The update reflects the holding company’s internal evolution into a comprehensive logistics ecosystem and aims to unify visual communications across all assets, emphasizing their affiliation with Delo Group.

Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group, made a working visit to India as part of a delegation led by Nikolay Patrushev, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Maritime Board. The visit included a series of business meetings focused on enhancing maritime transport links between the two countries to support growing bilateral trade. The program also featured tours of major maritime infrastructure facilities, including the Goa Shipyard and the Port of Mormugao.

Delo Group has supported the construction of one of the buildings at the Izmalkovo Boarding House for Children with Cancer, an initiative of the Gift of Life charitable foundation.
