CSKA women's and men's handball clubs became champions of Russia
CSKA women's and men's handball clubs, supported by Delo Group companies, became champions of Russia.
In the final series CSKA women’s club defeated their rivals from the Rostov-Don club. This is the second championship title in the history of CSKA women’s club: the first victory in the Super League came in 2021. At the end of 2022/2023 season CSKA became the absolute winner, also taking the Cup of Russia and the Supercup of Russia. The Cup and medals were presented to the players by President of the Russian Olympic Committee Stanislav Pozdnyakov and Chairman of the Supreme Board of the Handball Federation of Russia, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group Sergey Shishkarev.
The CSKA men's handball club defeated the Permskie Medvedi in the final and became the champion of Russia for the first time in its history. Lev Voronin, Director General of the Handball Federation of Russia, presented the awards to the winners.
Last season women's OLIMPBET Super League was also marked by the appearance of a new club: Chernomorochka handball club, founded in Novorossiysk on the initiative of Sergey Shishkarev and with the support of NUTEP (container terminal of DeloPorts stevedoring holding of Delo Group), joined the roster. The team entered the Super League following its first season in the Vyshaya Liga.
