Sergey Shishkarev was appointed to the Russian Presidential Council for the Implementation of the State Demographic and Family Policy

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree approving the Regulations on the Presidential Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy and its structure. The Council is chaired by Federation Council Chairman Valentina Matvienko and includes Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Delo Group, as a member.

The Council will identify priority areas of demographic and family policy, coordinate the activities of the authorities with public associations, and analyze the impact of programs aimed at increasing the birth rate.

Delo Group is an active participant in the demographic agenda of the country. The program to support birth rate, motherhood and childhood launched in the Group at the initiative of Sergey Shishkaryev has been operating for well over two years. In December 2024, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group reported to the State Council on Family Support chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin on the program.

“We understand the employer's responsibility to create opportunities for their employees to have large families. It's vital for people to have confidence in the future, in their employer, in being able to plan for the long term with their families. Our journey down this path started consciously. It was the call of our heart and soul, and we are not going to stop,” said Sergey Shishkarev.
