Delo Group president elected to Board of Directors of the United Shipbuilding Corporation
Sergey Shishkarev – President of “Delo” group of companies (First Deputy-Chairman of the Government Marine Board) elected to Board of Directors of the JSC “United Shipbuilding Corporation” (USC). The decision is approved by Decree of the Federal Agency for the Administration of State Property №526-р of June 30, 2015 “On decisions of the Joint Stock Company “United Shipbuilding Corporation” Board of Directors assembly”.
- Shishkarev was nominated by the Government Decree № 638-р of April 11, 2015.
Besides, Board of Directors will be joined by I. Levitin – Assistant to President of Russia, D. Manturov – Minister of Industry and Trade, A. Pakhmanov – President of JSC “USC”, V. Chirkov – Navy Commander-in-Chief, S. Frank – SCF Group CEO, A. Shishkin – vice-president of “Rosneft”, V. Markelov – Deputy-Chairman JSC “Gazprom” and V. Pospelov – member of Military-Industrial Commission.
JSC “United Shipbuilding Corporation” (USC) – is Russian state shipbuilding holding company that joins 80% of national shipbuilding, ship-repairing enterprises and project bureaus of Russia. USC founded according to presidential decree № 394 of March 21, 2007 “On Joint Stock Company “United Shipbuilding Corporation”. Holding’ headquarters located in St. Petersburg.
