Delo Group closed deal on acquisition of 30.75% stake in Global Ports

On 13 September 2022, Delo Group (“Delo”) completed the acquisition of a 30.75% stake in Global Ports Investments Plc (“GPI”) from APM Terminals (“APMT”), the terminals business of A.P. Moller - Maersk, after fulfilling all necessary conditions, including obtaining approvals from the Russian Federation authorities. As a result, Delo’s shareholding in GPI increased to 61.50%.

Delo Management Company and Sakhalin Region government signed cooperation agreement

On September 06, 2022, a cooperation agreement was signed between Delo Group (the Delo Management Company (MC Delo)), and the Sakhalin Region Government on the margins of the Eastern Economic Forum. The signatories were Dmitry Pankov, CEO of Delo Management Company, and Valery Limarenko, governor of the Sakhalin region.

Delo Group jointly with Bamtonnelstroy-Most Group and Gazprombank signed an agreement of intention to participate in the construction of the road "Tsemdolina- Port of Novorossiysk

On September 6, 2022, on margins of the Eastern Economic Forum, Delo
Group, Gazprombank and the Bamtonnelstroy-Most Group (hereinafter
“BTS-MOST”) signed an agreement for the implementation of a project to
build the "Tsemdolina Settlement - Portovaya Street" transit road in
Novorossiysk with adjacency to a section of the M-4 “Don” Highway.
According to the agreement, the partnership can be implemented in the
form of a concession.
