Global Ports (part of the Delo Group, together with its subsidiaries and joint ventures - the "Holding", the "Company") announces that Global Ports Investments PLC has been deregistered from the Cyprus company register on 25 December 2024. The confirmation of this fact was received by the Company on 31 January 2024 Redomiciliation of the Company to the Russian Federation, as resolved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2 March 2023, is therefore completed.
